Kate and I had a lot of fun at “The Colour Lab” in Melbourne today.
We discussed everything healthy and nutritious, enjoyed six courses of amazing, healthy food, and, to boot, we had a lot of fun with everyone. Everyone even got to try Organic 1′s Certified Organic/Biodynamic Wines!
Tomorrow night 15.09.11 at 7:00pm we will be having another get together at “The Colour Lab.” Capacity has been increased so if you want to come along and enjoy a fun night out, plus learn how to eat cook and eat healthy recipes and receive a surprise-filled goodie bag, book now to secure the last available seats.

Tomorrow night, I will be sharing the benefits of living a healthy life, eating certified organic products and using certified organic skincare. Kate and I will be sharing the little secrets that matter in relation to cooking healthy meals for the family, eating for the blood type and generally talking about why I believe adopting certified organic practices as part of our everyday lives is so important.
Chef to the Stars, Kate McAloon, was born with a natural talent for creating food with amazing flavours. She both studied & worked at the ‘Moulin De Mougins Restaurant’ in France. Organic produce & medicinal herbs are staple ingredients in her cooking, which includes vegetarian, vegan & specialty diets. Her clientele of high profile celebrities (including Miranda Kerr, Gwyneth Paltrow, Steven Spielberg) embrace her passion for eating healthy, nutritious food, full of flavour, in small portions. Kate is currently working on her much awaited cookbook, “Celebrate Life with Good Food, Good Friends, Good Health”.
