It’s The Words you Say that Affect your Entire Body

It's The Words you Say that Affect your Entire Body

“Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.” – Don Miguel Ruiz

The first time I read The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, I felt like I had struck gold! Not only did the book take me only a few hours to read, but also, the content set off numerous light bulbs in my mind and produced welcomed realizations almost instantly. Don Miguel talks about the four agreements that, if we make with ourselves, we will find personal freedom, happiness, peace, and clarity. These agreements include the following:

1.Be Impeccable With Your Word.
2. Don’t Take Anything Personally.
3. Don’t Make Assumptions.
4. Always Do Your Best.

These agreements are simple yet profound . When you act, feel, work, and speak from your heart, you will notice that while life can be challenging, the key to happiness is very simple – once you realize that you are whole and that you are NOT your patterns, your emotions, your failures, your upbringing, and that you are not broken, no matter what has happened to you, you will achieve personal freedom. When you speak from your heart, when you do you work from your heart, and when you treat yourself and others with respect and love, even if you are not close with them, you will achieve freedom. Everything you need is within you now. The only thing making you feel lack or fear is your ego. Your true self and spirit is completely whole, content, and functioning in love, right in this moment. You are complete right now and that’s the truth.

Today I wanted to highlight Ruiz’s first agreement, “Be Impeccable with your word,” because words have a vibration, words have an energy, and you better believe that words are powerful beyond measure. Did you know that if you were to look at someone and call them a negative name, and then perform a muscle test (a form of kinesiology) on them, they would go weak? Your body actually reacts to words and goes weak or strong depending on what was spoken to you.

Our bodies are three-quarters water! Did you know that if you speak the words love and gratitude into a glass of water, the water will form a beautiful crystal shape, and when you speak the words “hate,” “loser,” “sh*t,” etc., the water crystals break, become separate, and deformed? So imagine what happens to 70-80% of your body when someone says a negative word to you, a curse word, or speaks of you in a bad or malicious way? When you curse, your body reacts negatively. That is how powerful words are!

Water actually reacts to the words and intentions you give out. Dr. Masaru Emoto, author of “The Messages from Water,” has proven this in a variety of experiments. His findings are absolutely eye-opening! The reactions that he has captured from water crystals based on positive and negative words said such as “Thank You,” or “You Fool,” really show us how important it is to be careful with what we say to people.

We must be impeccable with our word – be honest, SPEAK OUR TRUTH, speak the truth, be ourselves ( not a projection or an altered version of ourselves), speak from our hearts and not speak from an ego-based, fear-based, malicious place. It actually hurts not only the person you are speaking to or about, but it also affects you inside. Gossip can be very harmful. You are sending out low-vibrational thoughts and feelings about someone, out into the Universe. It is true that what you give out, you receive, so by sending those thoughts and words out, you will, in some shape or form, receive them back.

So, every time you speak badly about someone, yourself, or even the next time you curse, ask yourself, why do I want to hurt myself and why do I want to hurt someone else? Because that’s what is happening when you speak that way. The truth is, that’s not really you. You are a beautiful spirit, deep down, with a heart full of love – why are you afraid to let that out and let that shine? You are powerful beyond measure, don’t let fear take over! Own your beauty and your power and you amazing ability to love and receive love.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to speak nicely of people, even those that we don’t know or people that we are not very fond of. For example, have you ever seen a homeless person or a “crazy” person on the side of the street, and called them a name, gave them a look, called them crazy, or a bum? That’s actually hurting both of you.

We don’t know that person’s situation or why they are there. Yes, it is up to them to make the decision to get back on their own two feet and seek help (because we all need help once in a while, that is what we are here to do, to help people and stick together), but it is not up to us to judge them; we have no right to disrespect them just because of how they look or what we are projecting about them.

Every single person on Earth deserves love. Every. Single. Person. No matter what!

Those that act badly need love the most. They need your prayers the most. They need your love the most. They need your FORGIVENESS the most. They need you the most, only as much as you can and are willing to give, even if it’s a simple prayer.

It is very powerful to send a special intention up to the Universe ( to God) for someone, whether it is aloud, in your mind, or on paper. Whenever I think of someone that frustrates me (myself included J ), or someone who seems lost, mean, or upset, I always mentally pray that they feel love and remember who they are. It’s as simple as that! A very simple prayer that carries a lot of punch! It does help.

So, become aware of the words that you speak. When you change your language, you change your life. When you speak from your heart, you will attract beautiful people, opportunities, and A LOT of abundance in love, career, finances, and your overall state.

Infuse your words with love, they will go a long way! And don’t forget to say THANK YOU. These two words, along with the word gratitude, produced the most beautiful crystals in Dr. Emoto’s experiments. Be thankful for what you have, even if you feel isn’t a lot, because your life is worth so much and that is the most beautiful thing to be grateful for.

Sending you lots of love and light, and thanking YOU for reading this message,
Lianda
