Making a difference in your life, starts with you…

Making a difference in your life, starts with you...

” The Greatest Contribution to this world, is to better yourself.”

When you feel good, accept success, work hard, and
“be the best that you can be,” you really do make the world a better place. And if you’re not aiming for world changing because let’s face it, that’s quite a job- you’ll definitely make your “space” a better place and your life easier.

When I talk about bettering yourself, I’m not talking about perfection, I’m talking about the best YOU that you can be. Take away societal standards, advertisements, and what you “think” is your perfect self, and focus on who you are within, what lights you up, what your strengths are, what makes you feel fulfilled, and how you can use all of those elements of yourself, in a fun, effective, enjoyable, and fulfilling way, as best you can. Who are YOU when you play full out? Who are you when you do your absolute best? What does that person look like? Don’t think about what other people would see, just focus on what you see.
It’s a chain reaction- when you are happy, your joy rubs off on the people around you because we are all so closely connected, energetically, and then those people attract happiness into their life and so on. You will experience pure happiness when you ACCEPT yourself, as your are, and do your best.

When you set yourself up for success both in your mind and in your physical experience, you will succeed, you will grolw, and you will evolve.Keep yourself healthy in all aspects as you will be more effective, helpful, and happier. When you take care of yourself and make yourself a priority, you instanty put yourself in a place of abundance. Just like every muscle in your body when you strengthen, stretch, and exercise it, it becomes toned, strong, and most helpful to you. Our mind is a muscle that also needs exercise. Tell yourself how beautiful, brave, intelligent, and creative you are, every. single. day.

Don’t be afraid to be great! Be brave and take care of your temple, it’s the only one you have.

Lots of Love,
Lianda
