The time has finally arrived and my new book will be released on 13th December, just in time for Christmas!
It’s been such an exciting experience creating a recipe book that I hope you will all enjoy. I wrote Supercharged Food for the increasing number of people suffering from autoimmune disorders such as Crohn’s, coeliac disease, IBS, Candida and other food allergies and intolerances and also for anyone who wants to eat as naturally as possible. The book makes it easy for you to supercharge your diet with super foods, nutrient rich ingredients and wholesome foods to heal your body and provide you with more energy and vitality.
Supercharged Food is full of over 90 flavoursome meals to cleanse the immune system and maintain long-term wellbeing.

The great thing about the recipes is that they are all gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast and sugar-free, I based this book on my own experience with auto-immune disease. Four years ago I developed an auto-immune condition and the doctors prescribed a life of steroids and immuno-suppressants. I was eager to find a drug-free solution and with my background in food and nutrition I researched so many foods and their effects on the body and after four years of cooking up a storm in my kitchen, developed a diet that has led me to recovery and a drug-free life.
The recipes in Supercharged Food, featuring nutrient-rich supercharged foods such as quinoa, wild salmon, kale, garlic and turmeric, are the perfect way to incorporate wholesome foods into your diet without compromising on taste. I wanted to create these simple and easy to make recipes for everyone because every time I went to the store to buy gluten free products many of them were loaded with additives, artificial ingredients, chemicals and sugar to compensate for the lack of gluten. It is these ingredients which are hard for the body to process and can end up making you feel worse.
