1. Sugar
Stop adding sugar to your food. You are already ingesting too much if you eat a typical western diet. Start reading labels and stay away from any food with over 20 grams of sugar per serving, and keep your total sugar intake under 60 grams per day at a maximum.

In addition to making you gain weight and precipitating obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, sugar causes skin glycation (wrinkling).

When I was in my early twenties I was broke. Like many young people, I had just graduated from college with a lot of debt and taken a job with great opportunity for advancement but not a lot of pay.
